2) NEW and FREE SUBSCRIBERS FAQs

a. If you are currently a free or new subscriber, to pay for a subscription, go to the PORTAL, sign in with your name and email, and select a plan.

b. What about current Subscribers? Yes, you can upgrade your current subscription, and it will be prorated through the end of your current cycle. Sign into your account via Portal and then click the Change option next to your current plan to select a higher tier. We've also added new tiers.

c. What about extending your current subscription for another year? You can't renew ahead of a billing cycle renewal date. Still have a question?
