Now we have the new, automated, "Community Calendar, Jewish New Mexico," a community calendar based on the latest CalendarWiz technology. Fashioned by Marcia Torobin and David Izraelevitz with key assistance from Sarah Winger, Jewish Community Foundation of New Mexico director, with its dizzying array of choices, you can select CATEGORIES to view, such as Publications, where you will find the New Mexico Jewish Journal's latest issue flagged, and Arts & Culture, Religious/Spiritual, Celebrations/Commemorations, Classes & Workshops, Volunteer Opportunities; and Locations which (hopefully) lists places. As it is just getting underway, more listings should appear.

After a long and storied history, AbqJew.com and Marc Yellin have moved on, settling near the grandkids on the East Coast, and as of April 1st, 2026, after more than 15 years, Marc will no longer be hosting updates of events on the Calendar, visited by over a million viewers over the years. Read "The AbqJew Calendar Prepares to Sign Off." The website itself fortunately continues, hosting its valuable listings of Jewish resources in New Mexico, with links found at AbqJew.com: Where to Eat, Where to Pray, Where to Learn.
