PACO DIAZ in CONCERT JCC OCT. 16th 7 p.m. World-Renowned Spanish Musician

We hope that you can join Hillel House and the JCC for a concert with a world-renowned Spanish musician. Paco Diez is celebrated internationally as one of the major advocates of Spanish Romancero and Sephardic music. This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the performance of an expert who has spent his lifetime collecting traditional Spanish and Sephardic music. 

In 2015, Paco Diez played for King Felipe VI at the ceremony authorizing dual citizenship for Sephardic Jews. The next year, he was nominated for the prestigious Premio Princesa de Asturias de las Artes. An enthusiast of traditional instruments, he founded the Aula Museo Paco Diez which houses over 450 instruments from Spain, Portugal, Southern France and North Africa.
